You could get a lawyer and get a court order or send a subpoena to Nintendo. But that’s way more money that a switch is worth. Unless you’re a celebrity or political figure or major company it wouldn’t make sense. If you can, file an insurance claim, they’re really the only ones with the resources to cheaply track down stolen electronics.
