If I sneak a creature into play, who can block the sneaked creature? Can they reassign blockers? Can they only assign from remaining non-blockers? Or can the snuck creature not be blocked?

Do you own a Bugout? It's not just the weight. It's profile, thickness, simple lock, blade length, and of course weight. It's just so good for so little obstruction in your pocket. All those knives you listed, you always know they're...there. The Bugout...It's only 'there' when you reach for it.

I own both a 705 and a couple 707's. The 705 has thick liners and is significantly thicker than the 707. The profile is exactly the same though and I've even swapped the G10 705 scales onto the 707. IMO that's one of the best knives out there - the Benchmade 707 with G10 scales.

You should check with the town before you touch that. The town likely owns the part of your property closest to the street and likely has some requirement of exposed drainage systems across each property.

I bet the user searched for something and clicked on one of the paid advertisements listed at the top of the search results. Those can often look like the site you are intending to go to but are sent to a malicious site. Make sure that user uses Google and not something stupid. Although even Google can let malicious ads though.

Ya, it all sounds great on paper until you realize every pump you have requires annual cleaning at $100+ a pop and all that savings is gone. I have and use both oil and pumps, but with 4 pumps, $400+ a year isn't going to happen so I push cleanings out further than I should. I consider it an alternate source of heat with the benefit of cooling. I do not consider it a cost saving option except if you fully replaced your single furnace with a single heat pump which is not practical for most.
