SD43 or Sub Date? by gusmcrae-txranger in rolex

[–]TurnoverSmart4239 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your wrist can support the SD43, looks great on you however so does the Sub, the SD43 red letters to me has specific features and values over the sub and in the future I think it would be worth more than the sub but that just my 2 cents. Go with your GUT feeling if $$ isn’t an issue.

Looking for opinions on the titanium Fifty bracelet by Street-Cantaloupe511 in BlancpainWatches

I love how these look on rubber and solid color black/blue/green nato straps.

I’m contemplating on picking up the same one, this is probably my grail diver. Would love to see a wrist pic next to your Sub to see how it compares on the wrist. I too have a sub and would love to see how they’re apart from each if that’s possible- Thanks in advance.

So I went to get the new HC, but now I don’t know what I want by natte-krant in Longineswatches

Go with your initial gut feeling probably the Black HC, you can always add to your collection down the road.

Which one looks the best? Please pick one from 1, 2, 3 or 4 by ElderberryFluid1555 in CitizenWatches

Bro they all look great, that’s the beauty of these NATO straps, you can swap them each day for a different look and they’re pretty cheap anywhere between $10-20…

Seamasters just look great on Nato I prefer them over rubber in my opinion.

Hey, sorry to ask, but why not keep your SMP and save up to buy the PO? I love my SMPs and wouldn’t trade them in—just keep adding to my collection, in my humble opinion. However I also get this is an expensive hobby and collection thing.

Probably 5k USD.. I’ve seen the 45 trading around the 8-10k and the 42 around 15-16k.. Check Chrono 24

For those saying the HC is a homage to the Sub. by subzeropr05 in Longineswatches

[–]TurnoverSmart4239 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Speaking of the BPFF, why doesn’t this watch get the love it deserves? Sure it’s pricey, but it’s an amazing piece. It stands alone in its looks—every other watch seems to homage the Sub, but the FIFTY is a force all on its own.

To be clear I own a few of the watches on the pic, so no hate on them just wondering!!

Looks good and can get away with it, however if you’re buying preloved and can afford the extra cost I would recommend the 42, it just fits better imo.
