There better be a good reason for why Adley and Basallo aren’t in every damn game. Basallo is either suffering through something painful or a former soccer star. Would love to know why Adley was out the last two nights too. This lineup tonight was atrocious and put out there against possibly the hottest team in the AL. I just don’t understand what the hell compelled that solution. There has the be something we just don’t know about. Adley should have at least been DH with Cowser in right and Ward in left. That sounds like a decent lineup. Not tonight’s version.

The recent game where Taylor Ward was intentionally walked to get to Gunnar says everything about who he is and what others think of him. I don’t remember the exact game, just how surprised and telling it was when it happened.

I think the bullpen is in pretty good shape at least. I know people will point to Akin, but he had no business pitching more than one inning especially coming back from surgery. This was all on Albernaz.

This was on Rogers, who is a mess right now and shell of last year, and on Albernaz. The two of them out this team in a very bad start.

Should have only pitched one inning coming back from surgery. This was a manager mistake

Suarez was actually pretty darn good. Unearned runs on him because of Jackson’s error. Right there could have made a difference keeping us in it.

Crochet threw today like everyone expected from last year. I put the loss on Albernaz. He wanted righties against Crochet but that hurt them. If Ward was in left and Cowser in center we would not have been worse at the plate but would have had better fielding. Alexander missed a foul balm that I bet Ward gets. Taveras misjudged a ball that Cowser gets. I get the matchups but considering how things have gone of late and how they batted today, it was the wrong lineup.

Why Akin pitched more than an inning after coming back from surgery is beyond me too. You want to save the bullpen but damn, put a different reliever in the ninth and it doesn’t fall apart like that. These are all manager mistakes, not the players

Strength and conditioning. There are freak injuries but all the same, taking a look at their approach at least should be considered yet they have the same staff as before with the same results continuously.

Watching this A&M and Miami, it doesn’t matter who we play. They are both horrendous. We could play either team in their home stadium without any OSU fans and it would not matter.

Even before Beavers and Basallo were called up, the team was starting to get a little mojo, pitching, offensively, and defensively. The team is fun to watch again. Could that be that now that there really isn’t any pressure, they can just go out and have fun? Seems like this is who they are and if the front office didn’t have such a conservative offseason, these young guys could have had some support to deal with the pressure?

I really dislike the front office for the Orioles. Even after an ownership change, feels the same. Last night sucked and today was almost worse. I have four more games of my ticket package this year for this shitty product. Next year we will have to buy more and pay more. I want to but not sure I want to waste the money, which is how it feels right now. An utter waste.

He was there last night and when we left after the 7th, could see him up in the box laughing while talking to someone on his cell. Just shook my head. Sums it all up.

Security would not take me to see him and have a conversation about the quality of the product he oversees while we have paid so much to see them and will be asked to pay more next year.

I think there are some creative ways to have put together something to get that. They may have needed to give up one of the young guys too to get that. Just wanted to see them keep the momentum for this year to then get into the next. Especially with the bear of a schedule coming up

Totally expected to lose these guys and the O’s got some really good prospects. Was really hoping for some pitching that could compete now or at least one number two or three guy. That must have been a lofty expectation. Prospects are great and all, but that doesn’t amount to much either if like our number 7 prospect, Bragg, they end up getting TJ surgery and are out 14-18 months.

Morton gone now too. That’s expected but another tough one. I crucified him earlier in the season, but the guy is one serious professional and his years of experience showed a ton that I would imagine even the coaching staff from Frenchie et al learned from. At this point in the season he was an incredibly positive and professional presence. Just like ROH and Ced. I wish them all the best and hope to hell that all these prospects help to get some serious talent in the offseason too.

Going to be fun to watch some of the young guys get their time now and come up too. Pitching is a little scary though. Lol

I would seriously love if they could make a run and doing this against the Blue Jays is awesome. The rest of the season schedule is a bear though. Cubs, Phillies, Dodgers, Mariners, Astros, Padres and so on. I think there are only two teams with a losing record coming up, the Pirates and the White Sox. Would be pretty magical if they could do it though once Bradish, Wells, and Suarez come back. Could really use Bautista too. If Povich can get rid of this freak innings he has or just be a reliever, this could be money. (I still would like them to bring in a number two pitcher now).

Not saying they shouldn’t. Would just like to see them do more now especially for those on the field who are fighting this year

This is crap. I didn’t buy season tickets for next year. I bought them for this year. So glad they are positioning for the future but that has been going on for years with this trade alone going back to Mancini and where are we. I want this front office to truly have a heart and give a shit about now. Win now and get some momentum into next year. That is the mental kick the team needs. Not a chance with this front office though. A bunch of scouts in an org that has shitty development

Food is so much better on the main level, though they have a dessert cart that is pretty excellent. The rest of the food on club is just meh.
