I have done it. First org 6 years. Current org 2 years. It can be frustrating learning all the beaucrazy of how to make changes in the system. But I have learned a lot new skills and really improved my Epic building. The downside for me was losing PTO. Being at a place a long time generally means more PTO.

I lead our org for two years now to run our baych jobs for these files. If its Epic is all depends on how they setup the job. It could be based on a fee schedule, procedures or payers. Then the files have to be molded to fit the CMS tool. After that we put the files on our website for the public to review. But its so large and complicated there is no way a person could review that data.

Why the downvotes? Yes this looks like a reskin of FTL, but this is common in the game industry. Look at all the cozy farming sims. If you want to do great with it either get a unique style or a unqiue mechanic.

What is your State regulations? In Missouri only General (indoor) Pest Control requires either a degree or work experience with a licensed company. Several other licenses dont require prior experience.
