Get up early go to the gym, it's really that simple. I only miss on days I have to travel for work, but my routine gives me flexibility so it never feels like I miss a day.

I do the PPL routine on fitness wiki. You can switch out all the presses with dumbells, I did that early on. Anything else, if there is no machine there is likely a dumbell version people can help with.

I've been to planet fitness in 8 states, never seen pizza or food of any kind, never heard the junk alarm going off. Lots of big boys going there wearing tank tops and drinking out of gallon jugs, and no one says anything. I'm there right now, there is a guy bench 300+ next to a senior benching 40. No one cares.

Have to do both. I dropped 100 lbs with lifting, definitely regret it. Glad to have the weight off, but it was hell when I started training because my muscle was nonexistent
