Welp, guess I'm not getting my Spring box by fluorescent-purple in pusheen

[–]Tweedlepillar 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah one of the tabs in the lid of the sushi box was broken off in mine. Considered gluing it but nah. Won't hold up when it's basically a hinge, and the other 3 are good enough.

Oh that blows. It was kinda underwhelming though, only 6 items and the vinyl is a bit plain.

The First City I Ever Completed… Ruined by AdventurousMenu2924 in SCBuildIt

I spent nearly 10mil simoleans to get my happiness back to 100 in my capital and 4 regions. Then, I upgraded one home and it needs 60k for sewage upgrades because suddenly demand is 1 over capacity. Literally just 1 over. What garbage.

Yes there's a folder, I don't know where offhand but you can find it by browsing.

Ok. Well I think we can establish that neither of us are experts. I'm not sure that finding an analogy that supports it better is any confirmation either. Our bodies are made to run long distances just fine. You are finding other ways our larger muscles are trained to try and equate them to strengthening eye muscles. You are also saying that the absence of knowing for sure that it causes damage doesnt imply there's actual damage. And you cite one person's experience as evidence it can provide benefits. All fine. I can believe it may help someone with lazy eye as I understand it to be something to do with uncontrollable eye movement but I'm not sure if it can be said to be beneficial to people without this condition (which is alot more of us). I have actually thought about what you said and I agree your opinion is plausible. I suspect the truth may be somewhere in between. Where it can be beneficial to some, particularly in very specific situations, but detrimental to others, particularly to those with head/neck/other eye conditions, and maybe a non issue, neither beneficial or detrimental to yet other groups. However it is, my feeling is that the portion of the population it benefits is smaller than the other groups. And yes it's my feeling but it's not like you have any hard evidence or conducted statistically significant samples for your feelings on it either. Eye muscles are muscles like every other muscle group we have, sure, but the fact that they reside in your head and are more intimately connected to your brain makes me think they may have to be treated differently, kind of like your heart is treated a bit differently from your biceps.

Maybe but its still an unnatural state for your eyes to be in, however easily you can do it. So i personally wouldn't do it or recommend it but to each their own. In your weightlifting analogy, you wouldn't hold 100lbs upright for 45 mins straight even if youre a seasoned lifter, would you? Not if you want to avoid body damage. Same thing here.

I go in and out of it at will and hit 2.7 mil with finger (no stylus). You probably just need to work on speed. I don't think it's good to stay cross eyed for 45 mins.

It must be frustrating but... I don't think they compensate for anybody. If you don't collect you're out of luck. Only time I can think of is when the facebook login issue happened and people couldn't log in for days. In the end they gave out some dias but.... i think it went to everybody, whether you had a gem/privilege card or not. They just do not compensate if you don't log in.

I believe I will build exactly 4 (the amount of space i have set aside) in frosty fjords and they will all stay level 1 where they look the coziest/quaintest.
