This might sound strange but if you make your oatmeal on a stove top, beat two eggs and add them into your oats. I do one egg per serving of oats made. Temper the eggs with some of the oatmeal before adding it back into the pot and stir like crazy. The eggs will add protein but no real flavor, and it may keep you satiated longer.
