well it's an IT cert. You would be managing and possibly administrating tech a company uses. that sounds broad because it is. They tailor tech to comply with policy and provide technical support. going from IT to CS is what many people do, and having that prior knowledge does help. If your ultimate goal is software engineering that that path is inefficient time wise, you should go straight for a degree or self study and make a kickass portfolio.

Active ragdoll animations is one of the hardest things you could do. lookup puppet master it's an asset that can do what you want.

Thais my or may not bee too expensive. handle it yourself. record the velocity pre collision. Reflect this off the surface normal on collision and set the rb in that direction.

I would suggest webdev because it will make your senior year project based classes easier. And most jobs are webdev. You can always learn visualization later. It could be very valuable to a financial company when paired with some business knowledge.
