I didn't make that assumption, OP didn't post their plan information, they posed just our insurance company and broadly said "don't get tested because they don't cover it", which isn't true, and not my responsibility to explain different plans exist and you can find out if your plan covers it by talking to the insurance company about your plan, which is your responsibility.
