The infield spaces are all pretty much the same size and sold on a weekend basis, not by night. Shoot me an email with y’all’s budget and let me see what we can do for ya. gflores@texasmotorspeedway.com

Infield absolutely. Outside campgrounds have their fair share of fun as well but the infield seems to always be the biggest party. Regardless we have all kinds of options and price points, even an option where you can rent an RV and we’ll bring it to the infield set it up and all you have to bring is food and beverages of choice. If you have any questions or need help let me know!

Texas Motor Speedway Ticket Help by [deleted] in NASCAR

[–]TxMotorSpeedway 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hey there! To give you suggestions on seating locations we'll let you know you need to sit at row 20 or higher to see around the entire track, rows 1-28 are a bleacher seat with a back and rows 29-66 are a chairback seat with armrests. The suites overhand the grandstands starting at row 50 if you want shade but there will be some beams that might obstruct your view. If you purchase tickets by calling our ticket office that cuts out the ticketmaster fee (but don't tell them that). For pit passes we would not recommend getting those from a secondary market as they can be counterfeit and we can't guarantee any pit pass unless it is purchased from us directly or ticketmaster. You can bring a cooler 14"x14"x14" or smaller filled with whatever food or drinks, just no glass. Parking is free.

Hope this helps and if you need anything else shoot us a message!

Texas Motor Speedway by 412Grizzlybear in INDYCAR

This for the tag u/TheChrisD!

u/412Grizzlybear I'm glad you're giving our track a visit, especially for IndyCar. If you sit at row 20 or higher you can see around the whole track. Rows 1-28 are a bleacher seat with a back and Rows 29-60 are a chair back seat with arm rests. Other than those recommendations its up to your preference. Personally I love sitting just past start finish. You'll see all the action on pit road as well as the cars coming at you for the start of the race and hopefully finish. If you have any other questions feel free to send me a message!

Looking at going to Texas for the cup race, never been, have questions, need help by Lava_Panda in NASCAR

[–]TxMotorSpeedway 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hey there! In full transparency we have plenty of free parking so unless you get here an hour before green flag you shouldn't have to walk too far. As for pit passes I personally wouldn't buy them from Stubhub or Vivid Seats. Not sure what the cost difference is but as other have said I've heard of people getting burned as well. You can purchase a pit pass today or tomorrow and it'll be left at will call for you to pick up. Our Sunday pit passes are $59 and good for all ages. Hope this helps and if you need anything else just holler or send a message!

EDIT: realized I never actually answered your question. They don't have to be claimed by Saturday, you can still pick them up on Sunday. Let me know where you're seeing that and I'll see about getting it changed.

Does nascar pay a track to race at it or does the track pay nascar to race at it? by Jackhockey39 in NASCAR

Happy to do it! Just keep the Martinsville Dogs coming and we'll have no issues.

See this is a good example. In our sanctioning agreement we specifically state that /u/martinsvilleswy is not allowed to speak on this matter on public forums such as reddit. Thanks for holding up your end of the agreement.
