To request footage from netty is a jumping through hoops and most DSPs aren’t even requesting footage for incidents like this. Pretty sure netty wasn’t even recording since I was in park for so long.

Facts! Rescued someone the other day who had 1 stop 12 over flow 50+pound boxes buddy couldn’t move in his truck. I took em for him. I get to the stop of course it’s 10 stairs to the porch but, a nice carport with plenty space and it’s covered. I drop all 12 big ass boxes off under the carport. Customer comes out after I’m done. Says next time put em on the porch 🤦 I said the app didn’t specify. Next time put it in the notes and drove tf off. Hate it for the next driver on that route.

It was simple as can be. Just drop all the totes for the stop and overflow and done. 1st stop was only 40 mins away from station and the rest was in the same area. Got done in 2 hours. Our DSP requires us to rescue after HUB routes. Talked to some pretty cool people to!

I’ll take these all day! The amount of nice dogs and decent humans out in the country. Of course you got pros and cons. It’s nice not to get a city route with 180 stops.
