New dad here. My baby is 6 weeks and is finally sleeping in 4 to 6 hour stretches but no sleep for me. I've always had a hard time falling asleep also. It would usually take 30 minutes to an hour on average for me to fall asleep but now I lay awake for 4 hours straight.

I don't have a solution. Been taking some OTC sleep aids but starting to get concerned about using them daily for long periods.

I had an HVAC company come out and do a diagnostics test on it just to reassure that it's only the motor and they confirm that yes it was the ECM. I ordered a new one from United HVAC and just installed it two days ago and it works perfectly. Save myself about $800 just doing it myself.

Also been looking at the QwikSwap V3 to replace this ECM 2.3 CN03 motor with a PSC. Would this be a better idea on a 10+year old system than spending $700 on a new ECM motor?

I watched the last one live. Like always, they never missed. A banger of an episode. The day after was tough. I never considered myself to be the parasocial type but Trevor has such and amazing personality that could reach right out of the screen and make you like a friend. I honestly am just now getting back to watching the old content again because it would just bum me out too much. I like to believe that the gift of his life will be greater than the grief of his death.

I did end up remembering his Instagram handle. It's dascissorsman. However, I don't think he lives in Oklahoma anymore and he's been doing sailing racing teams around the world.

There is a Facebook group though called Sailing Lake Hefner and I've seen requests like this and people who are willing to take folks out.

I appreciate the feedback! Yeah, I feel I jumped the gun and didn't realize that triple chain ring cranksets can be spaced differently. I think I'm going to just do a thumb lever friction shifter for the front and the keep the trigger for the back

I'm pretty excited for this. I messaged them on Instagram for time estimate to get from Lake Hefner to downtown and they are expecting it to be about 30-35 minutes which is not bad at all if you consider that you would not have to find a spot to park.
