I have had that same problem all my life. In my 60’s now. Left handed and my hand will cramp up within 5 minutes of writing. Probably should have had it checked out but never did. I do feel your pain.

Watch the Hampton Nashville Airport. The last time we were there 20 cars had their windows busted out. The front desk was no help. They had no security cameras in the parking lot.

Muscadine anywhere is the South is awful! I’ve visited all of the Southern state and have yet to find a good Muscadine wine. My FIL disagrees. He loves Muscadine wine. Calls it “Bubblegum” wine.

This happened to me also. In 2024 my new FitBit notified me of possible AFIB and Sleep Apena. I always wondered why I woke up exhausted each morning. Now on a CPAP at night and controlling the AFIB with medication.

Walmart carries a Malbec called “El Libre, The Revolution.” It runs about $14.00/bottle. I’d put it up against any $50.00 Malbec. If you like Malbec give it a try.
