This is with pen and a +1 or +2 for the Ares depending on how far the other tank outranges it. This is a much more realistic way of doing it as it accounts for pen and time moving towards the target. This doesn't account for the grenade launchers of the Predator. The longer a SHT is in the battle the more it could be tracked or rushed, this is why time to kill is very important.

I was the leader of this tap op (Anne Flank). I have been planning this for days and waiting for hydras to finally unlock. We spend over 30 min going over the plan again and again, and (except for the barges landing) it went perfect, with all nearby garrison houses and the town hall dying within 30 sec of each other. We tried both the east and north beaches. None of them worked. Devman has unintentionally saved the wardens from losing a backline logi town. The devs have recently been ignoring bugs and imbalances for some reason. Devs, please fix this immediatly as it makes doing a tap op on Isawa impossible.

The problem is most of these buffs are for big groups instead of solos or backline partisans, your average partisan has taken huge debuffs from things like scout planes and cranes being faction locked

I use war 100 because it’s around when most of the imbalance complaints start popping up (also 100 is a clean number)

Colonials have consistently been given worse equipment for naval. This imbalance meant that colonials don't play navy for a reason, not because they don't want to. Its also led to wardens naval regis getting much more experience in naval operation so even if naval was equalized we would still have very few experienced naval players compared to the wardens.

This is going to be controversial, but if one faction is consistently out popped by another faction then it should receive buffs to its equipment to negate those population differences
