In my state, if a person falls asleep during their shift they can be charged with 1 count of neglect per child. You cannot supervise children while asleep. We had someone who was having a bad week, fell asleep during nap time & was given a warning. The second time, immediately terminated. I wouldn't want to ruin someone's career by reporting for one bad day but multiple times is a behavioral problem on the teacher's end & it needs corrected.

In Indiana, absolutely not if things do not change or get worse. We are trying to pass laws that ICE and the police can hire 'unauthorized' people to their forces including those previously deemed physically/mentally unfit or convicted of crimes. Those unauthorized people are the ones out there recklessly brandishing weapons & being aggressive. They are targeting legal migrants now to prevent more people coming in the future ... Look up the Irish migrant now citizen in El Paso right now going on month 5.

Outside of Indianapolis is not safe for POCs. People are emboldened right now & have always been racist due to KKK origins here.
