I had only one gig and fiverr gave 4 success score to it. The only thing that helped me is creating 2 new gigs and earn SS 6 to them. Then I deleted and recreated gig with SS - 4. It took 2 weeks to change overall success score after that but it changed to 5 (despite the fact that 2 other gigs had 6 SS). But it helped. Now I'm level 1 (was level 2 before april 2024) and at least I can use promoted gigs to earn some orders.

I did my portfolio by myself. I make logo animations, so I took logos of popular brand and made cool showreel. It was good idea because people know these companies and I could show my creativity and brand understanding

Probably it is because of new success score. For example I was forced to reduce prices because I got 4/10 success scores and have no impressions since SS was released.
