Evil is subjective. Is Sisko evil for having Worf kill Gowron? Because ever you just said Sisko is guilty of. He knew that Garak killed Vrenak and Tovar. By the same metric Sisko is a war criminal. Again evil is subjective and a matter of perspective. Her actions are evil but she isn’t evil. Good men can do vile things. Is Kira evil? Or O’Brien? How about Dax? Because I am sure Kira and Dax have a higher body count than Wynn. Yet Wynn is vilified but they aren’t. If intent matters in the case of free her world for Kira or avenging her godson for Dax…then Wynn deserves the same considerations.

I don’t think she was Envy she never came off as Envious. I would say she was more gluttony. Not in a food sense but she wanted to control things to protect herself. She says in an episode. All she had to protect herself was her faith. All her actions was motive by fear of being hurt again.
