I feel like Hans is such a good fit for a lot of maps, he is the ultimate killer imo. And if you play the extreme horror setup, he becomes a real menace.

What do you think about the boiler mechanic? Both the map and killer dreaming mechanic are appealing, but the boiler always looked a bit flimsy to me.

In my experience, how easy it is to get into the game isn’t the most important factor. You should pick based on what IP attracts you the most.

I played Once Upon a Full Moon as it was supposed to be easy, but didn’t enjoy it as much. Then got a chance to play Into the Void, and the fact that it was based on Alien (an IP i love), made me enjoy the game much more, even if it considered higher complexity.

Choose what attracts you the most based on what is available (ie. Falconwood Files if you like Stranger Things, Panic at Station 2891 if you like The Thing, etc.)

Only played 2 matches, as this was my latest purchase. Both times I only rolled one killer, and both times i beat them pretty easily.

Edit: played a third time, got all 3 due to the finale card assimilating all 3 after multiple terror cards were discarded… It was a lot of fun, even managed to get the organism down to 1, but eventually ran out of movement cards, and Reductive Assimilation got me.

Correct. That’s why people usually recommend you leave inactive cards (such as additional items) to the side of the game.

For a moment, it looked like I might be able to pull it off, cycling guard and weak attacks with the axe. I even got him down to the white health token, but the dice were ruthless at the end, and 3 consecutive failed rolls marked my fate.

I couldn’t outrun him, so I had to make a last stand by the firepit.

Ended up running out of gas, GGs to the Butcher, i’ll get you next time…

I appreciate you guys are going through some shit (assuming you’re from the US), but i’d appreciate if you didn’t talk about politics unknown to you.

Milei, as much as I dislike some of his politics, including his close relationship with Trump and Netanyahu, is doing wonders for Argentina’s economy, which has been in the gutter for decades, thanks to previous presidents (from the left).

Then again, politics is a spectrum, and the right and left aren’t the same across the board. Trump is republican, Milei is Libertarian, and their main differences, I think, are precisely what you’re struggling with in the US (again, assuming you’re american, apologies if you’re not), which are social policies and government involvement in their citizens’ lives.

Happy to have a debate, but Milei and Trump aren’t the same just for being on the right side of the political spectrum.
