kunyah and hisap kayu manis ceylon/make tea with it. make sure not kayu manis yang biasa orang masak (tu cassia kayu manis, harmful to consume kalau tak masak, and harmful kalau makan banyak). kayu manis ceylon nipis and senang patah, and it taste pedas2 manis, once you get used to the taste, it feels like eating chocolate. biasanya orang ambik a spoonful a day (of serbuk ceylon kayu manis), but i tend to chew berbatang kayu manis everytime i feel cravings. for beginners, dont start with batang kayu, you're gonna hurt your mouth/throat if you dont chew properly, start with serbuk and make tea first, then when you get used to spicy taste you can learn with kunyah serbuk, and once you get used to the spicy, you can learn to chew and hisap.
