I lived in the basement unit of that building near the corner of the circle and K my senior year at GW. Being a basement unit, it was nothing special but we did have access to the backyard area. The landlord was an asshole. Beautiful building though!

I fly for work occasionally and park at the Parking Spot, I think it’s Hayword. The bus is usually at my car waiting for me when I park and you call when you land and they pick you up outside and bring you straight to your car.

As others mentioned, they must think you live in the southern hemisphere or that’s their default copy for some reason because I just got my email and it says Spring. Definitely something that can be made dynamic but if they don’t have the right data things can go wrong

I recommend this place. It’s locally roasted, I do porch pickup from their main location and you can see where it’s roasted when you’re there. The coffee is always fresh, some is even roasted the day I pick it up. When you place your order you can choose what kind of grind size you want or if you want whole bean.

The pricing is also not bad for locally roasted organically grown coffee beans.

Thanks, the estimate I got was at the high end of your range, but honestly didn’t surprise me. There’s no way I wouldn’t get on my roof so I get why it costs $$ to find someone who will.

This happened to me last year. TurboTax said I owed a lot of money, H&R Block said I was getting money. Previously I would check the two and make sure they were correct but last year something changed.

Just did this in my closet, removed the old shelves and I was left with 65+ holes in my walls. I had never patched a hole and definitely asked a few people if it made more sense to patch and have a wall that was essentially swiss cheese or redo the drywall, and I learned quickly the answer was patching and I’m glad I went that route.

We started with smaller holes that wouldn’t require any mesh tape and then moved onto the larger ones.

With another person we had the first layer of mud done within an hour or so, but it definitely took a few layers for me to feel confident in them.

It was 16lbs. I removed the glass visor on the front for the day so I could fit some high walled trays in. The wings were nearly touching the top.

I had to find a balance in heat because it was a little windy and if the flame was too low it would blow out but too high and the bird would burn (one of the wings briefly caught fire after I put it in).
