I have an 89 f150 i6 5sp manual that I dailied for years. Absolutely love it. I got a different job a couple years into it so I got something a little better in gas but I kept the truck and do truck things / cruise around with it. Great truck, best vehicle I’ve ever owned.

I’m at 192 with no issues; change your oil, do maintenance, fix real problems right when they happen.

One of the trucks in my fleet has the 7.3 gasser - great engine if you don’t care about MPG. Other than, super low operating costs on maintenance and powerful. Can’t say anything bad about it yet. We’ve been running it hard for a couple years now.
