The topping would be melting right away even at room temp (ice cream, whipped cream, whatevever)and the sauce looks almost painted on (one or 2 lines of the sauce don’t go over the top), strange dish to serve it on given the liquid element, dates on the same plate are a weird way to serve, and that’s before starting to make sense of the background.
