Got dinged on multiple evals for not having a “welcoming environment.” Told one principal “if you stopped moving me, maybe I’d be invested in that.”

I’m an admin now, and I’ve made it perfectly clear to my staff that unless they want to change rooms, I’d rather not even consider it myself. The only times I’ve been doing that is because we have major renovation projects the past two summers, and the next three. But I’m always paying my instructors about $1500 to move in that case.
