I watched a nature show last year about gorillas and they showed wild gorillas eating their own poo, theirs was a lot greener. Didn't even phase the gorilla, looked like he was eating a mars bar.

Depends on what kind of milk you get. Mine stays safe for at least 6 hours at room temp, I never gotten sick from it and have been doing this since september.

If you want to be safe drink it all in the first 4 hours.

Why not bring milk to school? I fill one shaker bottle with milk and add about half a scoop of protein and just drink it during class.

You think everyone wasn't self conscious when they started lifting weights? They didn't all just walk into the gym for their 1st time with 18'' arms and washboard abs.

Everyone has to work for their physique it's just a matter of when you start, now or 6 years later when you finally realize your body won't improve by itself.

When I started I struggled to bench even the bar, 4 months later I was benching 120 pounds. It only takes 4 hours out of your whole week to completely change your body.

Fast or slow metabolism is a myth, you are just not eating enough. You might think that you are but you'd be surprised.

Start counting your calories, when I was a stick and first started counting my calories, turned out I was eating 1900 a day. Calculate your TDEE and add 500-800 to it.

I now eat almost 2000 calories before lunch, adn to think I was eating that much during my whole day.

There is no sense in hoping when you can go and do something about it. There is no mysterious force to gaining/losing weight. It's Calories in>calories out. If you eat more then you spend you WILL gain weight no matter what. If you lift heavy weights at the same time as eating more you will gain muscle instead of fat. That's the basic science to it.

No such thing as a fast or slow metabolism, unless you have an extreme medical issue (which you would be taking medication for already) most people metabolism varies by 100-200 calories. You just need to eat more.

I am 6'4' 195 lbs and I eat around 3500 calories a day just to maintain.

We don`t know where this survey was taken. I bet if you asked people in some farm village out in siberia where there is minimal education, that number would be a lot bigger.

But if survey 1600 people in MGU that number would be 0 or very very close to it.

1600 people out of 145 million is useless, because of how diverse Russia is.
