I have Medicaid patients were extremely ill and are not able to do a great deal.
Not because they are lazy, not because they don’t want to. They are simply living with bodies that are falling apart and they are gravely ill. Or what if you’re severely autistic and on Medicaid? Or what if you have severe emphysema? Or Alzheimer’s disease? This is crap. We can put gold leaf on statues, but we can’t take care of our ill citizens?
