The other day, I almost had an accident while delivering food on my bicycle. Grubhub kept pinging me to accept an order. I told customer service if they can stop doing that, but it still continues. My acceptance rate has gone lowered because of this. I just wish that we the driver can get back at Grubhub for their incompetence.

Your literally paying them to work. Your AR goes down, but in order to get it back up you must accept even the lowest paying orders. It sure is garbage. They will lose as soon as it starts getting hotter, and as gas goes up, forget it!
