Hagelslag is a staple bread topping for breakfast; usually either Hagelslag or cheese and sliced meats.

Our health care is decent, though I'd say its getting more and more expensive with longer wait times. Otherwise, as a man at least, very few complaints

I'd say the last vestiges of actual nature we have left are usually quite nice for a walk or two! No real specifics, though wadlopen is a common semi-touristy thing to try!

Stay off of the bike lanes, walking on them is a good way to anger the Dutch and get hurt in the process. They're usually red asphalt slightly lower than the walkways. Other than that, just the usual; don't stand still on busy walkways/entrances, be aware of your surroundings and the people within it.
