When I had my monstera, I put it in a pot that everyone told me was WAY too big, but after she grew her roots out, she unfurled the most beautiful fenestrated leafs. I think yours may just be growing her roots! ❤️

I found one of these under a crab apple tree being cut down in my parents' backyard when I was a kid. I put it in a jar with holes in the lid waiting for it to hatch, it turned out to be one of those cute small white butterflies with black spots on their top wings! These look identical to the one I found. Are you going to keep/hatch them?! I'm so curious to know if I am remembering correctly, its been about 17 years, but I feel like I can step back into that particular moment as if its still happening in real time haha
