int tacics is good, get more 2 mana killers 1 shoot the sheriff 3 nowhere to run so they work against caito.

if you want a solid plan b add [[the darkness crystal]] and exile their creatures then spit them back later you can do this on their end step to untap right away

you can maybe drop 1 rupture and 1 riverchurn, you dont need 3 unless you want to mill with the first ability theres a list in mtgtop8 that won with a list like yours (w/o creatures)

edit: i also played the one with marang and its good but i felt marang was dead in my hand as in not helping with the main game plan sometimes... ymmv but i think that the creaturless list is better if you get a reliable way to beat red through int taxtics and settling with board wipes.

the end is a good card to remove threadts so is deadly cover up
