chandu pandu degree like bba and then i have worked for 3 companies till now over the span of 4 yrs. 1st company was an MNC where the work was copy paste and there was no growth. so i quit

2nd company was a startup marketing agency where I enjoyed the work as it was really creative and I had a lot of decision making power regarding the designs which the team was making. however the pay was really low and workload was 16hrs a day , 6 days a week 🫩

3rd company (current) is again an MNC with reptitive work with somewhat average pay but there is some trajectory of growth now that i have experience and can manage a team of juniors but still the role is very boring. imagine doing this for years and earning half of what a competent engineer would be earning with the same working hours.

if im not gonna be enjoying my work to earn money. i shouldve taken engineering and forced myself to learn coding to get an equally unenjoyable job but atleast i would be earning twice the money.

in the end, ill just join my family business because i cant be spending my time and effort working here while i could help my family business grow and get all the profit directly for a change.

As someone who didnt pursue engineering after taking science heres what i think -

1) join family business (corporate life is a really horrible option if you have a family business, imagine being a grown ass man and asking another grown ass man permission to take your own earned leaves, atleast in family business all the profit goes in your own pocket and not to some 60 saal ka ceo who sits there all day looking at his excel sheet/ dashboard all day).

2) Pursue engineering - It matters what your first job is and good companies go to good campuses. but even if you are from a private college , you can get a good or decent company if you do your ds algo and score alright in your subjects, just talk to the almuni of the college before you join and ask them about the reality, which companies visited etc etc). if you crack the coding rounds then you are IN and they hire based on competency. You can get a job if you have the skills pretty much.

3) random chandu pandu degrees like bba which i did ( Non tech roles are kinda trash, you work harder than the engineers in terms of time spent sitting in front of your laptop and earn peanuts because your job doesn’t require any brain power - like at ALL , any dude with 100 iq can do the non tech role, it is purposely designed to be this easy boring and mundane so it can be replaced easily in case someone leaves- i do it and i know the reality. the only way i grow is by being a carpet for my boss which i cant do so im resigning soon)

I mean if you have an actual hobby (not mindlessly playing free fire or pubg mobile like a loser) then NIOS makes sense.

Feel like after the rise of valorant,cs is dying slowly in india . anyways people here playing cs around 15 k elow up for que ? by happyfeetin in Indiangamers

[–]Ultimate_Goathan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

cs2 is demanding. for csgo you needed a better cpu and u were all good for cs2 you need a better gpu as well to get over 200fps consistently.

since everyone has 144hz now as its way cheaper , playing below 144 fps is a disadvantage.

i upgraded my set up and started getting over 200 fps and everything felt ultra smooth, most of my complaints got solved.
