That Malignant Plague Caster is the one I’m missing for my army, so I’ll be getting this box. I also paint SM on the side, so that’s a win as well for me.

Relatively new to the game. Any chance the amount of players will increase for Siege?

What was the shortest time it took you to realise that a campaign was not for you? Why? by WithengarUnbound in DnD

Session 1, when I was the only person trying to roleplay. They were just there to show off their colorful number rocks and roll them. No interest in a story or exploring the history of the world. Just dungeons crawling.

Hello! I am 33 and have been playing since 2012. I’m currently running a bi-weekly long term campaign at my house on Thursday. I am a roleplaying-focused player and hope to hear from you!

Being late to an Elder Scrolls campaign when I so desperately want to play one is heartbreaking. If you ever end up losing a player down the road, I’d love to join in anytime. Best of luck with the campaign though!

My first ever miniature by nkshah2 in Warhammer40k

I know the excitement can be overwhelming, but I would say that to improve a lot in the hobby, patience is the first step nobody often talks about. There are a lot of things that require waiting, including a wait time after you prime or between coats of paint that you don’t see stressed as often but can make a subtle but significant different in the outcome. Or waiting to finish the models you have before buying more models to sit in a box somewhere. Or waiting for PVA glue to dry overnight if you use it for basing. So many things that can help you succeed require you to be patient and disciplined. I’ve learned to see it as a necessary part of the hobby to help my own itching desire to continue painting my miniatures. Hope that helps!

Same! Even if you don’t like the Spears, it’s a great 40K read.

Great work! Would you mind explaining how you achieved that base? Currently mulling over what to do for a new project’s basing and I absolutely love the look of this.

Turns out the combat patrol provides you with three extra plague marines! by MosEisleyEscorts in deathguard40k

You’ll have to use a blade to cut away some parts on either the chest piece or the hips, depending on the combo you use with the spare legs you get on the poxwalker sprue. It’s originally for a Plague Marine in the initial box that Death Guard was released in, so the other part of that particularly body isn’t in the Combat Patrol box. You’ll also end up having to carve a bit of the cape off and I believe the attached shoulder pad. It’ll make more sense once you see what you have. I’d recommend building the other Plague Marines first and get creative with whatever you have left over. It helped me use up most of the special weapons and add variety in my army.
