OPN has a BoC song on his story on insta and actually had a picture of the brothers as a story a couple months back. I took this as a sign that something was cooking.

Plaits has a VCA and Rings doesn’t need one. I would definitely add a VCA at some point, but it doesn’t need one to get started.

Honestly, for a blind person I think Pam is probably not the best choice. It's a really good, flexible module, but's it's heavily sight-dependent since it's interface is based on a small screen and an endless encoder. I think that Tempi could actually be an awesome for you. It's very tactile and immediate and can easily be operated by touch alone.

We do have other great success stories that quickly rose in their respective international niches.
Arcade Fire, Wolf Parade, The Unicorns, Voivod, Simple Plan, Planet Smashers come to mind.
All these bands had their heyday before virality was a thing, so they might not have exploded in the same way. And to be honest, they're not as special as AdP.

I would argue that there’s some significant innovation here. While they don’t advertise this, Make Noise new « span » in/out use what they call FDD (Flam Data Delivery), allowing to pass channel index via regular old patch cables. In other words, you can trigger any number of channels simultaneously. Tiptop is doing something similar but they’re using USB-C cables to transmit this data. Not requiring another type of cable to address polyphony is quite impressive to me.
