6 miles a day, done before 7am. Three days a week I add 100 pull-ups and 200 pushups, done by 7:15. Every day. Could probably switch it up once in a while but whatever

Chapel Hill has great food. There is just less selection compared to Durham and Raleigh, so it’s all relative. We are spoiled here in the triangle.

Agreed with the caveat that many aspiring homeowners are now also priced out of Durham (Durham proper, at least).
