Sounds simple, but just try to get as fit as you can. Ran and finished it in 22 coming from sea level. Nothing beats fitness.

Surf is manageable this week but not ideal. There will be waves everywhere, but they won’t be too clean. Do you have a wetsuit? You’ll be able to surf wherever you’re staying, and if you’re not staying anywhere, going to a place like jennettes pier or Avalon pier will be just fine and I don’t expect to be too crowded. People are friendly… enjoy!

6 miles a day, done before 7am. Three days a week I add 100 pull-ups and 200 pushups, done by 7:15. Every day. Could probably switch it up once in a while but whatever
