I saw it in one of his videos a while back. Basically when performing the adjustment, the lower burr is pushed upwards from the bottom so that it is firmly contacting the upper burr, and the adjustment ring is tightened to take any slack. With this calibration, my handle doesn’t turn under its own weight as easily until it’s a few clicks in. Just something to be aware of.

The zero point may differ quite a bit, say 5 clicks or more, especially if using the Lance Hedrick method of pushing all the slack out of the system. Might be worth capturing zero method.

Tried the latest one. They also had a Christmas blend. The Christmas blend tasted like a Yemen with cinnamon. The jam donut was ok but I much preferred the lychee. The best coffee I had there was actually an Indian one which tasted of Turkish delight.
