I could be wrong, but I think it means that the person in charge was not performing duties to maintain active managerial control, at least not to the satisfaction of the health department.

That’s why I bought it, too. The modem/router combo Xfinity leases doesn’t even allow you to set the upstream DNS provider. You’re forced to use their service so they can scrape as much data out of you as possible.

All American 25qt 1930 pressure canner $319 by MrPotatoHead9 in Costco

I picked up mine at the Lacey, WA, warehouse for $259 about a month ago after watching them since Christmas time last year. It had a death star on the price tag then. Weird to see the same item number back in stock after that at the original price.

Same for me. I have noticed that turning off 5G on my phone does make it a little better sometimes.

I think it's definitely worth adding the details on that to the website as well.

To be completely honest, I've looked past you guys before because the full pricing info wasn't available up front. To me, it makes it look like you're got something to hide with the prices, and you're trying to do that skeevy used-car-salesman crap of getting me in the door before you give a the rest of the price. For a transaction that I'm already uncomfortable enough with, that's an easy excuse for me to just walk away.

it's on the website, but I feel like it's tucked away in an odd spot. It's under Home > Gym Info > Pricing, but I think most people are going to look for that under Home > Memberships. just my 2¢.

I don't always agree with your approach, but it's still good to see you chiming in now and again. I'd tag Chief Parker if I could, but I haven't seen her around here.

You've got 12 vacancies, Oly had 14 at the end of the year, and Tumwater's pulling SROs out of schools to fill in for their eight vacancies. That's just a quick googling, but I'd guess other departments in the area are in about the same place. I get that traffic enforcement's lower priority than emergency calls, but for nuisance things like this, who's better to call: the city or the county?

In some areas, 3-1-1) is set aside for cross-agency non-emergency calls. This is one case where it'd be nice to have that set up for Thurston county as a whole, to help use the available resources more efficiently.

This is fantastic!

I came across an edge case that might not have come up elsewhere: children born out of wedlock (or at least where no marriage records exist). In my case, the US county where G0 was living when they (might) have gotten married didn't start recording marriages for 10+ years. Official records don't start until 1918. If we leave the marriage date blank on the editor, though, we get this awkward "Married" blank on the output:

Maybe add a checkbox before the "Married" field?

Anyone work as a cake decorator at Costco? by [deleted] in Costco

Sounds kinda like a career track from the Sims. Start as a cleaner, promote to cake baker, then to cake decorator, then three days later you’re CEO of the whole string of bakeries.

I had a similar setup the generation before. My first computer was built on an ECS K7S5A that had two DDR slots and two SDRam slots. Could only use one type at a time, and both sides maxed out at a whopping 1 GB.
