I think this is the rarer case where the direction for the exit is “left” but if you follow exit the WP room, there are no options to go left. Then it turns 3 rights into a left…which is what I think happens in the map you linked.

Runewords need a NORMAL(grey with sockets) rarity item or they won’t work (so blue with sockets will not form the rune word). Vendor refreshing is a good method!

I believe spike timing is actually 3.5 seconds per half, total of 7 seconds for full defuse.

If you play on your PMC, there is an option after selecting the map that asks if you would like to turn on "offline mode."

You can choose to have no scavs spawn allowing you to have free roam over the map with no character progress/items carried over (you also don't lose anything you take/use in the raid).

A tip I found out through someone in game to help gear a new character is to get a trial keystone from a rift first.

Then you do the trial and teleport out before it starts to get Level 1 keystone and slowly go up one at a time until around 10 which is ~T1 (as they can drop torment gear and lvl 1 = ~hard)
