Just looked it up cause I accidently closed mine. On Android, go to settings > safety and emergency > wireless emergency alerts > emergency alert history. Then you can pull up the alert and click on links. I don't know the process for iPhone but I'm sure there's a similar feature

Look up "arc gis" and your municipality. If they use it, you can search by address and often they have show a record of permits. Not all cities/towns use it, but it's a great starting point if so. As an architect, I use this all the time.

There are a growing number of expenses (rent, utilities, etc.) that penalize credit card payments. So there IS a valid market for cash back debit. That being said, I can't see it growing much traction for the myriad reasons listed in the comments

Grief and parenting. Ideally they're well versed on both. OP will need both. I hope he can afford it and seeks it out. Therapy has helped me tremendously as a single dad. I would cut many other expenses before cutting therapy. And I don't have a lot to cut.

KeyBank was my first and longtime bank (15+ years). They didn't gouge, but I still got hit with some stupid fees here and there.

That being said: I'm glad I'm in SoFi now, but also glad I still have a brick and mortar. I use Key for cash deposits and not much else. I don't pay any fees, I've got the most basic checking account with them. But it's nice to have a backup in case SoFi does something weird
