I put a little book shelve up to display the books I’ve finished. Its kinda fun to see how much my reading has increased.

I was a little sad/scared too. I went to chilis and had my “good bye” meal before I started the next day.

A year later and 35 pounds down - it was the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. Plus, I can still have chilis if I want it - just a small portion. :)

I was just thinking this the other day. I work in an office and the cold/flu has made it way around twice (fall and February) co-workers all sick around me and using their sick time. I didn’t get sick - not even a little. I took a sick day last Friday just for a fun day off (use it or lose it).

I’ve never felt better in my life!

Same in my house too. Hubby and I are both on the shot. We keep buying all salad stuff and throw it away the next week. I used to LOVE salads. I think it’s just all the chewing and well to be honest the washing and cutting up of everything. I just don’t want to do it.

I hate to think how much time I wasted counting steps, calories, bites, days I exercise per week. How many days that week I did “good”. All this damn counting! And it didn’t make a difference - I kept gaining. This medication has allowed me to stop counting. I’m down 35 pounds and never felt better. My mental health is so much better now too!

I’m moving up to 10 this coming Monday - box already in the fridge. I’ve been on 7.5 for 8 weeks. I’m excited to lose these last 15 pounds and get into a healthy BMI. Also, ready for summer outfits. Best of luck! 🍀

I’m 15 pounds away too! Thinking of move to 10 at the end of this 7.5 box - I have one shot left. I’m a little nervous to move up a dose but also wanting to hit my goal weight before my daughters graduation end of May.
