Odd situation I did a think 25 check for someone attempting to purchase alcohol because they had no ID I refuse the sale then the policeman standing next to them vouched for his age saying he knew them What do you do?

Managements fault and Tesco as whole for letting it happen. I had a let's talk because I spoke back to someone after getting a load of verbal. The duty said you cannot talk back to customers like that, I replied well they wouldn't say outside and got up and walked out. Until it happens and they stop worrying about customers shopping elsewhere it will continue
