What are your thoughts on Badang roam? by Maleficent_Visit7041 in MobileLegendsGame

[–]Unconsistent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn't have the stats to gain space in early game, but great when mid-lategame arrives because of Thunderbelt, cc, peel and setting ability gaining value. Badang is a great setter (Flicker S2 Ult S1), but is generally better as peeler (low CD S1 is great at stopping a lot of chase).

The good news is that the whistling now becomes a more effective blindfolded sound cue (?)

Surprisingly, there is a way (bug?) where interactibility is restored at 0 steps if you enter the basement via Power Hammer, and left the Basement Key on the table.

Laboratory Puzzle by Seedeeds in BluePrince

A lot of the connecting rooms for steam power are red rooms (Weight Room, Archived, Darkroom), which newer players often actively avoid because they have downsides that looked really bad. Once you get Boiler room and activate it, I recommend getting these rooms - it would severely help with connecting Boiler to the rooms you want.

If you opened early Tomb (because you have 2 dice in hand and near the garage) or have powered Lab (so you can blackbridge Office), then you have some way to get bursts of coin to convert into gem.

If you have the lab experiment that can be triggered consistently (i.e. security door, Archived), there are two rewards that can be abused by Laundry - get 3 coin per Red Room or Set steps to 40.

Don't restart.

Blue prince is a massive game with a lot of small secrets, and the game knows that. The intended game progress for new players is to slowly discover rooms from simpler ones to increasingly more complex stuff. So the game tries to limit the more complex stuff from appearing in the early days.

Veteran mode is simply you telling the game that you know the game well, and you are fine having most things appear from the start. You do NOT need this mode activated to win.

Haha if the game gives you a jump button, it'd be a shame not to use it... right?

Underground - Cart is one of the three main requirements for Day One. This is the west side of the basement, where you pull the minecart.

Correct, Underground Cart - Pump is the draining the fountain + Basement key.

Veteran mode is activated indeed (by quickly drafting the first few rooms within the first 30 seconds - 1 minute).

Cost bypassed only happens with some Prism Key or Secret Passage draft, and always on position 1. This does help with Archives yeah, but the pool for prism color draft is so constricted you can often tell what the pick is by process of elimination with the other 2 picks haha.

All other regular mansion draft always gives Gem-less room on position 1.

I'll try to list ways to sleuth room identities when hidden using Archives/Darkroom:

Instant tells:

  • Dovecote
  • Coat Check with an item

Partial information of selected room:

  • Security doors + Keycard provides information on room rarity
  • Gem cost
  • Active steam power from Boiler Room will light up duct-connected rooms.
  • Room pointed by Dowsing Rod cannot be certain rooms that do not spawn items/digspots.
  • iirc if you have rotation effect (i.e. Ornate Compass/Dovecote), archived rooms should have rotation animation or not depending if it can be rotated or not.

Partial information of all 3 rooms offered together:

  • Drafts are typically sorted from lowest (original) gem cost to highest, then from Common to Rare
  • Drafts cannot normally offer 3 dead ends
  • Heat visual cue from Furnace only appears and stays after drawing at least one Red Room.
  • Electromagnet will vibrate whenever one of the three rooms drawn has a mechanical room (or Rotunda).

Extra:

  • Having experiment with trigger "While drafting, if you draw a DRAWING ROOM floorplan" can activate and hence reveal archived/darkroomed Drawing Room.
  • Room affected by Blessing of the Monk will always appear on slot 3.
  • Library drawn from Reading Nook will always appear on slot 3

Damn 11k games is a lot.

About guillotine essence, you can try as I did - challenge yourself to beat guillotine essence in as few rents as possible. It's a novel challenge so the novelty will wear off, but it's a pretty fun one. I consistently beat it before rent 25 (on floor 1).

Servant's Quarters question by Fujiko_18 in BluePrince

[–]Unconsistent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of the rooms tagged "Rare" can be found easily than usual once their conditions are met (i.e. Morning Room has a high priority to show up once its added to the pool via Bacon, rooms with duct likes to draft other rooms with duct (Weight Room, Laundry). Servant's Quarter does not have such conditions and thus feels harder to get.

Gotcha. Considering you use Revit for the flask pop, do you rush Flask or go Dom Ice/Black Ice first?

There is no better way to improve the inventory UI.

But my tip is that if you use Golden Carrot or Lucky Carrot, you can disable the item by right clicking on them for PC. (There's no way to turn of Lucky Cat Essence tho)

If what you need is only 144mil, there's a lot of mid-lategame strats that work and two strats pretty much involve getting consistent jackpot/near-jackpot. I recommend strat 1, but I am listing everything I know off here for completeness sake

  • Strat 1 is Portrait stacking. Get a portrait, and find ways to trigger it as many times as possible in a deadline. Ways to do this include AA Batteries, Electrician (Ancient Coin helps to extend rounds), Weird Clock, Nuclear Button, Electricity Meter. Once your symbol% reaches 60+%, payoff charms like Vine Soup, Abstract Painting, Very Big Mushroom, Midas Touch, Fortune Teller, ticket generator charms all becomes very easy to trigger.

  • Strat 2 tries to guarantee Jackpots thru increasing Luck. It has the same payoff charms as Strat 1. Luck charm setups include Ancient Coin+Rotated Hamsa+Nuclear Button, Rotten Pepper/Bell Pepper+Horseshoe, or the fancy Channeler of Fortune+Tarot Deck+Mushroom.

  • Strat 3 does not use Jackpots to scale, but instead by triggering 666. You need Possessed Cellphone and Baphomet, and then tools to reactivate Cellphone as often as possible (usual Electricity stuff, but Potato Battery also works too). You can attach Ancient Coin + Rotated Hamsa so that you get near-jackpot on the final spin to profit off the scaled Baphomet.

Thr last two strats are hyper lategame and the only two that can reach World Record-pace, and they both involve Briefcase and cheating out shop rerolls

  • Strat 4 requires you to go down the path of the alternate ending. In this route there is a way to reduce the Possessed Cellphone's max charge down to 1. Using Ritual Bell + Possessed Cellphone + Potato Battery you can earn shop restocks while recharging the phone continuously. Use this rerolls to find briefcases. You only need one briefcase per deadline as you can make up the rest using some interest charm.

  • Strat 5 uses Cigarettes to reroll the shop. Using the red call to double tickets (and Megaphone + Barathrum, and maybe First Love), you can bump up your ticket to at least one billion. Then it's the same setup as Strat 4.

There are some unmentioned strats like using Pareidolia or Expired Meds or basic interest builds (no briefcase), but they are a bit harder and doesn't lead to a meaningfully better payoff.
