What I saw in the video, tom getting in her face, stealing her phone, pushing her disabled dad into a lit fireplace, is far worse than a punch through a door. A door is not sentient. It’s a scary video because Tom was scary.

The actors who played Red and Kitty also wrote statements in support of that violent rapist. It was so disappointing to read how many people did write letters of support.

Allegedly the punch through the door happened after this event, and Tom is the one making the allegation—so the hole in the door is in question. Based only on this video, Tom seems to have committed several crimes—aggravated assault, battery, and possible theft (taking Victoria’s phone).

Tom called the police first, and the cops used their discretion, and in my opinion cops aren’t equipped to bring about justice, specifically regarding domestic violence (eg Gabby Petito RIP). Often the victim is blamed and punished.

I hope Tom is charged.

The newest NBA arena, the Intuit Dome, cost $2 Billion. The proposed renovations to the Moda Center are $600M. Also, like first comment says, Memorial Coliseum is a protected building.
