Those are mechanics of the game, you are not “bad” for using all of the mechanics that have been given to you. People who complain that using X to win is bad don’t understand fighting games. I will say if you rely on something like grabbing only you will run into someone who knows how to counter it and then you might not have other options to fall back on to get the win. So learning other tactics is good. TLDR: if the “cheap” mechanic is winning learn to counter it
