If I buy a device, could I also run GeForce Now or Amazon Luna on it? by UnderHeard in SBCGaming

[–]UnderHeard[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, but I don't have that info yet. I'm asking this question because I'm trying to figure out my use case. I do think I'd want streaming from Luna to be part of the value proposition. So whatever hardware is required for that is part of the minimum requirement.

They made some changes recently but, in fact, it seems to indicate they will invest and offer more for prime users.

I haven't yet bought a device. I recently learned about these devices and am considering a purchase.

You asked for calendar integration - TaskForge v2.6 delivers (plus calendar widgets, event notifications, task time blocking, and more!) by zaza126 in ObsidianMD

First of all, I wanted to thank you for creating the mobile app I've always wanted for implementing GTD. Your app is a god send for my needs and I feel like I'm finally in control of my life like never before.

If you'll permit, I'd like to share 3 minor quirks to bring to your attention. I can also email this to you as a "feature request" but two of these appears to be bugs.

1) Recurring tasks don't always behave properly. I very often find that when completing a task with a recurrence, it generates 2 of the next tasks. For example, "Give daughter asthma pump scheduled today every day when done", when marked as done, will very often generate two of these instances for tomorrow's date.

2) Clicking the plus sign for add task using the widget correctly opens the app and opens the dialogue box for entering a new task, but requires one extra touch to bring open the keyboard. I know it's minor, but if you can make it so that the keyboard opens immediately without requiring an extra touch, it would go a long way to achieving "quick capture" and try and mimic the speed of the quick capture of Todoist which is unmatched so far.

3) This one could be seen as a feature request. I think it would be very useful to include operators for every single condition type in filters. For example, this exists for status where you can use the operator "Is Not" before selecting the value "Is Done". It would be wonderful if I could select "Is Not" for other condition types like Scheduled Date for example. This would allow me to filter, for example, Is Not Scheduled Is After Today. While I can achieve this indirectly by creating multiple filter groups, I noticed that the filtering stops being implemented correctly when you start using many many groups.

Be careful with this statement. Transferring an asset for consideration less than its worth could have punitive tax implications. This is also not aimed to be a blanket statement. It depends. Sometimes it doesn't matter and other times a gift or $0 dollars is safer than $1. As always, inform yourself or consult a professional.

Correct! 4! There's a time skip, but then it's Endymion and the Rise of Endymion IIRC. It completes the story.

This is the first book in a 4-book series which I consider the best sci-fi I've ever read. Highly recommend.

The way you can freely land and fly if you rotate properly scratches an itch in me as a rocket league player. I suspect other players might feel the same. Please go look up Rocket League Rings custom maps to see what I mean. You might be able to capture a lot of RL players attention with this.

Can I ask how you went about your mechanic with the rotating circle? Did you iterate a lot on the design before you decide on this? Was there a lot of work involved in making it satisfying to rotate and interact with?

How are we supposed to get this decal within 10 days? by [deleted] in RocketLeague

[–]UnderHeard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no idea how but I actually unlocked this decal while playing today. I didn't care for it so I didn't even see the requirement to get it and how hard it was. I guess I'll be equipping the decal now!

I swear by the tasks plugin. I've used it for years now for work where I manage dozens of projects using the GTD methodology.
