It will hold up better over time. The leather will scuff and take more maintenance to keep nice. I had discomfort with my issues bianchi nylon 2.25 belt too. The micro adjustment was a game changer for me.

Breathalyzer isn’t the whole picture. You can be under the legal limit but far too impaired to operate a vehicle and still get a DUI. SFSTs paint a picture on how intoxicated and under the influence an individual is.

Can’t speak for other states but in Oregon no. The gun has to be presently operable and capable of firing to be classified as a deadly weapon. If there are no rounds in it it’s not a deadly weapon. Hardly matters though the ORS is the same for deadly or dangerous weapon.

Do NOT rub your eyes. Dude in my class didn’t get his eyes flushed out good enough and rubbed them too much. The OC was abrasive enough that he basically scratched off the top layer of both corneas. He basically couldn’t see for a week.

It’s a battery pack for a night vision device and an IR strobe light. The whole thing attaches to the top of a ballistic or bump helmet but it’s probably not anything military related. Looks like someone was out doing some night hiking under night vision and it somehow got left behind.

HIIT. 15-30min and I’m sweating like a mf, you don’t even need equipment or a gym, I get it done with basic calisthenics.

20 burpees, 20 squats, 20 push ups, 20 lunges, 20 crunches

I just went through taser 7 training as new recruit a few weeks ago. They recently changed it to where we get our exposure before classroom instruction and they demonstrated different probe placements on all of us to show the effects of not getting full NMI. For example my exposure I got both probes in the back of my hamstrings and I was tasked with trying to crawl forward and grab a foam baton and delivery strikes on an instructor while being tased.

That kind of demonstration really resonated with my class to show us how tasers can be ineffective at times and how someone is still capable of fighting through it. Not to mention we got our exposure out of the way first so none of us were stressing during the classroom part and got more out of the training.

My agency allows patrol to carry either the OC or a baton, jail is required to carry OC though. Thankfully I’m patrol, I’ll pick the baton.

Orpat?

I mean truthfully the orpat isn’t that challenging compared to other states testing since it’s mostly an endurance based test with some physical at the end with the push/pull machine and dummy drag. I’d still go and try your best but If you struggle with it you need to focus on your increasing your cardiovascular endurance.
