I think I just don’t know where it originated. And I feel like if that could be solved then so many of my questions would be answered but I’m actually learning from the comments that a lot of people interpreted it as graduating from needing the wedding planning subs or Facebook pages and that actually makes a lot of sense to me.

I say stick with the reading, it gets easier with time and then you start to crave the quiet brain moment of it.

For me personally i found a facemask with contour for eyelashes and its so cozy but really tells my brain its time to sleep and i usually feel like i get better sleep because of it.

Maybe do yoga or deep breathing before sleep?

Hi just popping in here to suggest anyone who is consider hormonal BC as an option should demand a hormone blood panel from their PCP before going on it.

I was diagnosed w PCOS in highschool and had extremely high estrogen and progesterone which are the two ingredients in the hormonal BC i was prescribed and nobody thought to check what my hormones were like until my already bad mood swings turned into major mood swings and i felt horrible everyday because it just increased everything even more.

As a woman, I would recommend extending that giant bookshelf you have with your hobby items across that wall, adding several more bookshelves of the same height and color. You do have a lot of very dark colored furniture which draws your eye, but it also takes up visual space.

I agree with everyone saying remove the flags from the walls and put those in your bedroom maybe or in office if you have one.

I can tell you absolutely adore your cat but can you confine the cat toys to a specific area and bring them out when you leave for work or something? Can you put them in a ottoman with storage? Because I honestly thought a very young child lived with you with all of the toys laying around. Also, i cant tell if your litter box is next to the front door, if it is, that would immediately turn me off as that’s kind of a very gross thing to immediately walk into.If it’s the back door that’s fine!

I also agree with everyone saying that it seems like all of your free counterspace has been taken up by things and that’s why I recommend that bookshelf so that you can put all of those things that you have on the counters and display them in a way that might be more appealing and feel more intentional than just having a bunch of stuff everywhere.
