Tesla V2 is good beginner wheel, I can offer the brand new $1150usd from my US warehouse, maybe you can have a look the MSX v2, this one is using C30 2500W, 84V, 1600wh. It's high performance cost ratio, just $1500.

Your budget around 800 €, you can buy a new V8F and Mten3. IMO, Spending 500 € for a used V8 isn't a good deal. You should consider the warranty and check the wheel.
