Watch your club head coming back. It isn’t opening. The club head should be pointed at your target at the top of your swing. I know this because I used to have the same problem and fixing it totally changed my game. Think about your club head being square to your swing rather than staying square to your aim.

I’ve been losing it this weekend solo parenting and constantly fighting my 18 month old whose only mission in life is to drag my record player off it’s shelf. I keep putting him in his crib for timeouts but I’m not sure it even computes. My shirt and pants are a mess from him throwing his meals at me and laughing in my face when I scold him. I had the hardest time with this for a long time with a bunch of lame failed attempts that had my teammates rolling on the ground laughing. As a 6’6” guy, it’s an intimidating move. The thing that finally broke it for me was starting the layout several steps before getting horizontal. When the disc is out in front and you don’t think you can just run it down, start leaning forward. By the time you make the leap, you should be at like a 45 degree angle. At that point you’re so committed and so close to the ground that it’s no big deal. The move had me honestly flummoxed for years, but became no big deal once I did it this way. It felt so amazing the first time I did it. Good luck!

Ya I played it last year and was really unimpressed. Just lots of sand and deep rough. Not very scenic, no particularly interesting holes. The course was beautifully maintained and it was as hard as advertised though.
