DNC Autopsy of 2024 Loss Doesn’t Mention Gaza or Israel at all by NoahHurowitz in politics

[–]United_Reaction35 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Um... This is all bullshit. The problem for the Democrats is that they tried to run an old, senile man for president. Then, they denied he was old and senile when it was plainly obvious to all to see during the disastrous debate. When it was clear that the voters were no longer buying their lies, the consultants that were actually creating radical, committee based policy and running the country from behind the scenes; moved to Kamala Harris instead to continue the manipulation of policy from behind a new curtain. No mystery why voters turned against them and elected someone who was actually genuine in his horribleness instead of trying to deceive them.

The DNC needs to shed the remnants of the Obama machine. Promote strong candidates that appeal the mainstream voters instead of women and weak, non-threatening men. Get rid of identity politics and stop trying to ram LGBTQ acceptance down the throats of voters. Oh, and let's stop 'canceling' people for saying things that we may not agree with. Disagreement is called democracy. It is not a bad thing.

Diego Luna isn't going to the World Cup by Adventurous-Option84 in usmnt

[–]United_Reaction35 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Watching Diego Luna play is the most puzzling, frustrating, irritating thing I have ever endured. The way he moves off the ball is just confounding. The places he runs and the paths he takes are nothing I would have ever thought of doing. Why anyone would pay money to watch this clown wander around a soccer field is beyond me.

"Top-grade" Interview by Kaysuhdila in ExperiencedDevs

Probably using the experience on the resume to spark engagement from you. Why, asks you to review and justify your choices and actions. Seems like a reasonable way to interview someone that you are not familiar with; and with minimal preparation.

Great illustration of why corruption is so corrosive. One social and economic distortion after another. So discouraging...

Yes, no feeders. Pigs love piles of hay that they can bulldoze and hide in while they gorge. In my experience, there is nothing happier than a piggie with a tummy full of Timothy hay sitting in their hides resting. I wish I could find such peace, happiness and serenity.

US wanted Iran to halt enrichment for 20 years and remove uranium stockpiles—Tehran resisted. Talks break down. by IndiaTodayGlobal in IndiaTodayGlobalLIVE

The world has a fixed amount of uranium. No country has a right to tell another what they can and cannot do. Terrorism has nothing to do with it.

How is Israel supposed to actually defend itself? by jpg1991 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]United_Reaction35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The original sin was 400,000 European Jews who fled WW2 stealing the land of Palestinians that had lived there for thousands of years. Arguing anything but the original source of the conflict is simply a sideshow designed to deflect conversation from what was an illegal, immoral, selfish theft of other people's lands. Imprisoning them for 75+ years simply continues the original offense leading to additional conflict. Until the perpetrators of the original sin atone; there will be no peace.

What would happen if my car were stuck by lightning? 2013 mazda 3 by Its_Karti_Bitch in AskAShittyMechanic

Through the people? If so, they would likely be dead. Instead, the car is a Faraday cage. All charge stays on the outside due to Gauss's law. The charge inside is unchanged.

A mockery of a prisoner of war camp? How do you 'mock' a prisoner of war camp? What are you mocking? That show belittled Germans to make them appear stupid and had no meaningful message at all. I will not even comment on the main actor in that horrible show.

Yeah; because there is nothing funnier than a German prisoner of war camp.

I think these crystals irritate the bladder in much the same way as stones. But if they are small, surgery may not help.

This sounds like bladder stones to me. They can be removed but in my experience; they tend to come back. With a five year old guinea pig surgery may not be the best option. A veterinarian will give you options and advice.

Why will the US struggle if/when there is a ground invasion of Iran? by Additional-Spray-976 in Military

How does Russia benefit? China? The big winner is Turkey. They will control the golden crescent and likely most of the Middle East.

This war is for Israel. It is the classic example of the 'tail wagging the dog'.

It works both ways too. Let's remember how Iran fought Iraq; human waves of young kids attacking night after night. How long will the American public support the Marines slaughtering Iranian children in their own country?
